1. General Customer Policies

Order Processing & Production

All items at 2:20 Attire LLC are made to order. Standard turnaround time is 2–3 weeks from proof approval for custom designs, though this may vary based on current workload, materials, and vendor availability. In-Stock designs generally take 4-5 days to be shipped.
Customers will receive updates on expected completion and any unforeseen delays (e.g., shipping issues, weather, or supply shortages).

Shipping & Pickup

Orders can be shipped or picked up locally at our Mezzanine location. Customers will be notified when their order is ready.
Once an order leaves our facility, carrier delivery times are beyond our control. Tracking numbers will be provided for shipped orders.

Returns & Refunds

Returns or refunds are accepted within 14 days of purchase only if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or misprinted, and
  • The item has not been worn, washed, or altered.

For sanitary and quality reasons, custom or personalized orders are final unless the error was made by 2:20 Attire (e.g., blurry print, torn fabric, or wrong design).

Color & Print Disclaimer

Due to variations in screens, materials, and production methods, slight color, placement, or size differences may occur. These are normal within industry standards and are not considered defects.

2. Proof Approval Waiver

Design Confirmation

Before production begins, customers must review and approve the final proof (digital mockup). You will be sent a digital waiver to the email provided. Approval confirms that:

  • Spelling, color choices, placements, and designs are correct
  • Garment style and sizes have been verified

Post-Approval Changes

Once approved, no further edits can be made without restarting the process. Changes after approval may result in additional setup fees, delays, or loss of deposit.

Production Variations

Minor differences in ink tone, fabric absorption, and material texture may occur. These small variations are inherent to the production process and are not eligible for refunds.


3. Deposit & Balance Policy

Payment Terms

All custom orders over $200 must be paid up front before order will be processed. For any other orders, payment is required before delivery. 

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Cash or check (local customers only)
  • Debit/credit card through secure electronic invoice
  • Select digital payment platforms approved by 2:20 Attire

Order Release & Ownership

Orders will not be released until payment is made in full. Ownership of all products, designs, and materials remains with 2:20 Attire LLC until final payment clears.


4. Customer-Provided Design & Copyright Waiver

By submitting artwork, logos, or images, the customer confirms that:

  • They own or are authorized to use the design.
  • They assume full legal responsibility for any copyright or trademark infringement.
  • 2:20 Attire LLC is not required to verify ownership or permissions.

If a customer submits copyrighted or trademarked material without proper authorization, 2:20 Attire LLC is not liable for resulting claims, damages, or legal actions.
Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless 2:20 Attire LLC, its owners, and affiliates from any such claims.

We reserve the right to decline printing designs believed to violate intellectual property laws.


5. Order Change & Cancellation Policy

  • Orders canceled before production may qualify for a partial refund (minus any design/setup fees).
  • Orders canceled after production begins will result in loss of deposit and may incur additional material costs.
  • Design work and artwork fees are non-refundable once started, even if the order is canceled.

6. Turnaround Time & Rush Fee Policy

Standard Turnaround

Orders are typically completed within 2–3 weeks after proof approval. Large or complex orders may take longer.

Rush Orders

Rush orders are available by request and start at a $25 rush fee, depending on order size and material availability.
Approval for rush orders must be confirmed in writing.

Delays

2:20 Attire LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, supplier shortages, or other unforeseen circumstances.


7. Pickup & Unclaimed Orders Policy

  • Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup.
  • Orders not picked up within 30 days of completion will be considered abandoned.
    • Non-custom items may be resold.
    • Custom items will be donated or disposed of.
      Deposits for unclaimed orders are non-refundable.

8. Care Instructions Disclaimer

To preserve quality and print longevity, please follow care instructions included with your order.
Generally:

  • Wash inside-out in cold water
  • Use mild detergent and avoid bleach
  • Do not iron directly on designs
  • Tumble dry on low or air dry

2:20 Attire LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from improper washing, drying, or handling.


9. Privacy & Photography Release

We love showcasing our work! 2:20 Attire LLC may photograph finished products for use in marketing materials, social media, or our portfolio.
We will never share personal customer information without consent.

Customers who prefer not to have their products or photos used publicly may opt out in writing by email to 220attire@gmail.com


10. Digital Proof Storage Policy

Approved proofs and designs are stored for 6 months after order completion for potential reorders.
After this period, files may be deleted or archived at 2:20 Attire’s discretion.


11. Limitation of Liability

2:20 Attire LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of income, missed deadlines, or delays beyond our control.
Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the order in question.


12. Agreement of Terms

By placing an order with 2:20 Attire LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and policies above.
This agreement applies whether orders are placed in person, online, or electronically.
